This video is of a level 13 Monk laying waste to The Skeleton King in a matter of seconds. The player had some heavy buffs on him, including a 25% attack speed / crit shrine, as well as some elixirs (+5 precision / +5 attack).
So far this is the most dominant boss kill I’ve seen from players who have posted Diablo 3 Beta vids on YouTube.
Oh well…. the monk is twice the level required for this boss. It’s like showing a solo-kill of a level 40-50 boss in WoW.
That’s true, but unfortunately there aren’t any other bosses to beat on in the beta.
I really hope you and I get in when the closed beta begins. Then we’ll really have some things to discuss. 🙂
What class are you rolling first, btw?
Too bad I will be on EU and you will be on US when the game will go live.
Oh well… a DH for sure. I’m just a bit worried that this class will have kite all the time. Corridors and rooms don’t usually work well with long-range and kiting. We’ll see. 2nd class will be the barb, no doubt. I don’t like casters so I’m left with the monk… but I really need bows or swords. I can’t stand fist weapons and shaman-like stuff 😉
