This barbarian build combines high passive healing with excellent damage for a well-rounded character. You can get in there, take some hits, and do some damage. Is it the highest DPS build out there? No. Is it the best build for survivability? No. It’s somewhere in the middle, allowing you to adapt to different enemies with ease.
With high life per hit stats on gear, Frenzy can give you plenty of healing and CC, and War Cry boosts your passive HPS. Whirlwind, Hammer of the Ancients, and Wrath of the Berserker give you plenty of DPS, and you’ll be able to switch from large groups to single mobs without sacrificing any damage.
