The Cauldron of Jordan is a nifty little artifact that players will be able to tote with them in their bags, allowing the ability to transform loot into gold, while still out adventuring in the world. Rather than hoof it back to town every time the bags get full, players will have the ability to reduce vendor trash to pure gold by placing the items into the Cauldron of Jordan.
Cauldron of Jordan Tooltip:
This is a huge convenience, which will really help eliminate downtime while playing. Players will now be able to spend more time slaying the forces of evil, and less time heading back into town to vendor unwanted crap. Not to mention… given the new auction house system, gold will actually be a valuable commodity in Diablo 3.

Ahhh Garr… glad to see you’re a Diablo addicted. I was quite sad to leave Huntsmanslodge when I abandoned Wow back in time. Now I have (another) blog to follow on a daily basis :).
A small info for you: Blizzard will allow us to link items via web with wowhead-like tooltips. It was confirmed by a blue on the official forums. I love it… ๐

P.s.
Is there a way to register/login to the blog?
AncientAvenger says
I suppose I need to make that available. Thanks for mentioning it. ๐ This site has mostly been cruising under the radar, but now that the game is almost upon us, I believe it’ll be time to ramp up my efforts. I’ll add a registration link/form as soon as I can.
Good to see you around the blogosphere again. ๐

Hmmm the comments number do not appear on the main page, nor the “comment” option. You have to click a specific article to see them.
Thx for the warm welcome, we’ll be sharing the fun ๐

My bad, I now see the comment line on the main page… I guess I missed it the first time.
I have another (small) tip: add the favicon to your site/blog. It will be used when displaying your blog link/name in any blogroll. Pretty useful in my opinion.

Actually, I added the comment count back in since you mentioned it.
Good call on the favicon. Details like that are things I’ll be addressing over the next week or so.
