Patch 2.0.3 is now live in the Americas. The patch consists mostly of very minor adjustments, improvements and fixes. You can get the full patch notes here. The list of hotfixes are here.
Unfortunately, this patch did not address the borked drop rate for the Gibbering Gemstone – an issue that is affecting many players right now. It is a known problem, however, and I expect a hotfix will be implemented in the not so distant future.
