Those of you wondering how you can get to the screenshots you’ve taken in-game – here’s a quick guide to show you how…
Diablo 3 Screenshots Folder (Windows)
On a Windows machine, screenshots are saved in: C:\Users\WINDOWSUSERNAME\Documents\Diablo III\Screenshots\
The default keybind is Print Screen (duh…)
Diablo 3 Screenshots Folder (Mac OSX)
The D3 screenshots folder is much trickier to locate on OSX.
Here’s how you do it on Lion:
- Open Finder
- Click Go in the toolbar up top and then press and hold the Option key
- Select Library from the drop-down
- Drill down through: Application Support\Blizzard\Diablo III\Screenshots
If you’re running an older version of OSX, such as Snow Leopard:
- Open Finder
- Click on the user name
- Click on Library
- Go to: Application Support\Blizzard\Diablo III\Screenshots
The default print screen key on a Mac is F13, which will pose a problem for many players – as there is no F13 key on a tenkeyless Mac keyboard. It’s an easy fix, however, so to assign it to a proper key, you do this…
- Click on Options from within the game
- Select Key Bindings
- Scroll down to Take a Screenshot
- Click on the default keybind and change it to whatever (I use F12)
- Click Accept
