Patch 2.0.6 Crafting Changes
Patch 2.0.6 introduced a pretty big change to the Legendary item crafting process. In a move to lower the barrier for entry to obtaining Legendary crafted gear, Blizz has decided to remove Legendary crafting mats from the game. Torment Only Legendaries to be Included in Horadric Caches
Blizzard has announced an upcoming major change to Horadric Cache loot. In a future patch, Horadric Caches will be able to drop Torment-Only Legendaries.
